SZY01~SZY05系列固化剂固化建筑渣土试验研究Experimental Study on Solidification of Building Waste Soil with SZY01 ~SZY05 Curing Agents

摘要(Abstract):
随着北京地区建筑渣土产生量的日益增加,其引发的环境污染问题也愈发严峻。大量的建筑渣土若采用传统的堆积填埋方式处理,不仅占用土地资源,还会对周边环境造成污染。为解决这一问题,采用自制的SZY01~SZY05系列固化剂对北京地区的建筑渣土进行了固化处理,并通过无侧限抗压强度试验和扩展度试验,研究了不同固化剂种类和掺量对固化效果的影响。结果表明,建筑渣土与固化剂适配性良好,固化后其最大无侧限抗压强度可达7.2 MPa,最大扩展度可达350 mm,满足工程应用要求;固化剂能够有效激发建筑渣土的活性组分,使其流态固化性能达到与素土相当的水平。建筑渣土流态固化处理技术能够有效减少建筑垃圾堆积填埋量,实现资源循环利用,符合可持续发展要求,具有显著的经济效益与社会效益,是未来发展的方向。
